Hello! I’m Chloe.

Here are some things to know about me in third person:

Chloe is a writer, former horse girl and avid Nicole Kidman fan based between Los Angeles and Naarm/Melbourne. Her bestselling debut novel Rytual was published by Penguin Random House Australia in May of 2025.

Chloe graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a Master of Screenwriting in 2019. She participated in the VicScreen Originate Writers’ Seminar, and was selected for the Australian Writers’ Guild’s First Break Victoria program in 2022.

Her work has been published by The Guardian, Refinery29 and ABC Everyday. She has worked as a writer and researcher for Shameless Media, assisting in scripting some of Australia’s most popular podcasts.

Chloe is also an enthusiastic but unskilled surfer, and is represented by Caitlan Cooper-Trent at Curtis Brown.
